Dannielynn Is Larry Birkhead's Daughter
The verdict is in Larry Birkhead was finally named the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter Dannielynn. The Bahamanian courts finally decided that DNA evidence proves Birkhead is the baby's daddy. But Birkhead's next step will be to fight for custody of the little girl. He'll head back to court on Friday for what is believed to be the start of his custody battle. Anna Nicole's longtime companion, Howard K. Stern, who is listed as the baby's father on her birth certificate, has been acting as her guardian since Smith's death in February. Anna Nicole's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, is expected to challenge Birkhead for custody of the baby.




Live Earth Concerts In July
Live Earth concerts will officially be held July 7th in cities around the world, including London. The shows are being put on by former Vice President Al Gore and look to at raise climate change awareness. Madonna, the Beastie Boys and Black Eyed Peas will headline the concert at Wembley stadium in London. They will be joined by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Keane, Foo Fighters and others. Headliners for the U.S. concert at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, include Bon Jovi, Dave Matthews Band, Kanye West, Rihanna, John Mayer, Smashing Pumpkins and Fall Out Boy. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. EDT on Monday. Prices have not been announced yet.




Are Jennifer And Marc Getting Divorced?
OK! magazine is reporting that Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are ending their 3-year marriage after months of Jennifer's "lonely nights in their Long Island mansion". The trash tabloid claims J-Lo's so lonely she's been making "desperate phone calls" to her ex, Diddy. If it is true, this would be J. Lo's 3rd divorce!




Leeza Gibbons No Longer 'Dancing'
Leeza Gibbons and her professional partner, Tony Dovolani, were eliminated from "Dancing With the Stars." They earned just 16 points out of 30 for their paso doble, which judges called "dull" and "totally lackluster." Gibbons also placed in the bottom two during last week's results show.





Justin Has Another Rumored Girlfriend
Us Weekly reports Jessica Biel and former Justin Timberlake showed up at a friend's birthday party in Malibu on Friday holding hands. Once inside, a source says that "if Jessica was talking to a group of girls, Justin would come over, kiss her neck and start making out with her."




'Girls Gone Wild' Creator Arrested
As expected, "Girls Gone Wild" Creator, Joe Francis, was arrested yesterday morning at the airport in Panama City, Florida. He was reportedly on his way to voluntarily turn himself in, but was recognized by airport police and arrested before he could reach the Marshal's Office.





'Disney Channel' Star Caught With Drugs
Orlando Brown, who plays Eddie on Disney Channel's "That's So Raven" isn't helping Disney's squeaky-clean image. He was arrested on drug charges in the Houston area. Investigators say Brown was pulled over for driving with his lights off. An officer then reportedly found nine grams of marijuana in the vehicle.





Danny Bonaduce's Wife Calls It Quits
Danny Bonaduce's wife has reportedly sent him a letter saying she's out the door divorcing him. Danny admitted that he'd received the letter during a radio interview that took place yesterday morning. Danny also made it clear that the divorce is absolutely not what he wants, adding that it "sucks a**." The couple met on a blind date in 1990 and got married that same night.

A poll in Glamour magazine says that Scarlett Johansson has the "sexiest body in the world." She finished ahead of Jessica Alba and supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

Why in the world would she try to challenge it? Everyone knows she's just trying to jack the money! is she delusional to think she'd actually WIN? I was hoping that revealing the babydaddy would finally make these stories end, but apparently, the end is nowhere in sight.

Well, what I find pathetic is that Larry IS the father, but he must now go to court to WIN his child? WTF????? I don't give a damn that Howard has his name on the birth certificate, or that he's been "raising" her. Larry is the father... period.

I don't think it's that simple, Anna Nicole obviously wanted Howard on the birth certificate, and wanted him helping to raise her child in some capacity... Larry on the other hand could be seen as just as sperm in a somewhat thicker-than-average suringe. Basically, it's up to the courts to decide whether the blood ties are enough... and who exactly would be the most fit parent for this little girl?

Anna named Howard and was in the Bahamas because she was taking all types of drugs while pregant. IMO I think she was afraid that they would test the baby for drugs. The Bahamas recognizes the father as the person on the birth certificate and it is VERY hard to get a paternity test there. They screwed Larry over, and the poor baby suffered because of it.

Maybe this Birkhead is a big douchebag loser and this Stern cat has the dough to give the baby a good life. No one knows. So many opinoins based on Access Hollywood and People interviews.

Since Howard was like Anna's third ass cheek, he would've been around Larry birkhead all the time while he was with Anna. So if Larry was some jerkoff who'd be a bad father, I don't think Howard would refuse to fight for atleast PARTIAL custody.
