What stupid things do your pets do?

We installed a kitty door that goes to the garage where the litter box is. The door is a clear plastic. Lily spends hours staring out the door. She also spends a good half an hour staring at the bathtub.

My cats like to lick the inside of grocery bags so that they make a squeaky sound.

Most of my cats had a strange thing for licking plastic bags. The sound drove me nuts! Lily doesn't do that, but she eats everything. We call her a Lilygoat.

HAHA!! Inky is the same way however Callie is much more picky

I have a dog that always tries to eat the filth out of our kitty litter box. I won't name names, because she is pretty ashamed of this habit... but man, that's one stupid dog.

It's not stupid per se.... but we have two bowls that we put the dry food in. They will only eat out of one. When it's empty Chablis meows and meows and meows for me to fill it back up, even tho there's another full bowl right there.
So I switched the bowls. The meowing stopped. The bowl they favor is the one closest to the litter box. Try to figure that one out!

Our cats are particular, that's all.

Lily now spends her nights jumping up and down in the bathtub. She hears the cats that have gotten under the house. Nikki broke the screen, so the yardcats are all over the place.

OMG... that's just too funny. She's trying to get to them, or something. Is it annoying, with her doing that all night long?

Yeah we have to make sure that the bathroom door is closed. She does not like those cats hanging out near the house let alone under it.

Well, understandable... and, she is VERY territorial.

and bossy as all get out. She comes up and slaps you if you don't pay her any attention when you get home. She does that to Damon and me.

That's too funny... but, if a cat wants attention, and you don't give it to them, they will let you know it. It's just in their nature to be like that... and I love it.

We have a kitty door on the door to the litter box. Crickett is the only one who can get through it.

He makes runs into the room and brings the other dogs "kitty poop treats".

You would never ever catch him sharing food with the other dogs, but with the poop treats, he shares. He becomes a communist.

Well, what a wonderful gift that Crickett likes to share.
He's got a sweet heart, and desires to give to others.

:irked: I had the mother of all headaches last night. So I get into bed and Ron comes in and we are talking. I'm laying in bed propped up and Lily comes in and gets on my stomach. She paws on my chest and starts to make bread on my boobs. We both look at her and I go "Lily!" so she gets this look like "oh crap I really did that huh?" and stops. Psycho Lily

One of the pregant dinks, yes there are two ferral dinks, goes up to the screen and shows Lily her butt.

When ever I walk near Mr. Thumps cage he jumps out like he's gonna attack me. But he doesn't cause he's a good bunny, he just pounces out at your feet. scares me sometimes

Trio is Julie's cat. She rescued him when he was a kitten. He was outside under a porch of a trailer and one of his hind legs was all mangled. She took him to the vet and they cut his leg off (they couldn't give him anesthesia cuz he was so small, but he was purring the whole time she sez) and hence the name Trio.

Well when we lived in Blacksburg one of Julie's roommates had a dog. The dog and the cat liked each other. Sometimes the dog would try to swat Trio's only hind leg, and that would piss Trio off, but mostly they just slept a lot and chased each other once in a while.

Well since we moved Trio has been lonely. So he's picked up a weird habit of of chasing his tail. I think he just wants attention.
