Based on the SNL sketch (I think?). Basically a McGyver clone, with some dude who seems really inept. Is that right? How does it work? How's it funny? Meh, doesn't matter. Looks funny.

I think it tanked.
I watch these on SNL, they are kind of funny on there, but a whole movie...not enough to stay funny for two hours.
