| ooo insolent wench. Now that's a new one! I think I like it Nah I say don't ruin a beer. If you don't like the way beer tastes you shouldn't be f'ing with it by adding salt. Just don't drink it. | |

| Salting your beer makes you crazy. There is this one unfortunate fellow in Oklahoma who got so messed up that he has a penis shaped rock in his garden. | |

| Yeah... I heard about that poor fella. And now, because of salting his beer for so long, he lost a lot of his daily memory... and he always forgets to take out the trash. It's really a rather sad site. | |

| well salting your beer can make you crazy. If you have too much you start thinking that flowers in your yard are from the Dark Tower. You start hallucinating things out of a Stephen King book! | |

| If you need to change the taste of your beer, then you're drinking the wrong one. Do you put salt in your water? Coffee? Soda? Juice? NO!!!! So, why would you salt your beer? | |

| to me beer tastes like piss no matter how you slice it. never tasted a good beer so salt wouldnt hurt it i remember one time i told heck that it took 6 beers to give me a buzz, but i really meant 6 beers to knock me on my ass, but i misunderstood the progress of the convo and and ddnt want to look like an idiot and so i didnt correct myself, in reality i'm a cheap drunk, and i'm not fond of beer, but i can hold my own. i might try salting my beer next time see if it makes it any better. i cant get any crazier than i am | |

| Well, I'm VERY picky on beer. There aren't a lot that I truly like/enjoy. So, when I find one that I like, I'm sure as hell not going to screw that up by adding salt to it. Even if it tasted good, I'm not a salt person. I don't add it to my food. I just don't like salt. | |

| Salt makes the beer taste slightly sweeter. Kills the bitterness. But watch out! If you put too much in, it explodes. Once, while mowing, I was about 3 or 4 beers in, made the mistake of putting too much salt, held my thumb down on the bottle top, but it was too much, it exploded all over me. Felt good though, it was a hot day. Still...waste of a good beer. | |

| I tend to drink beer with salty foods; so it may be a similar kind of thing. Except I drink beer with not so salty foods too. Actually, I've had beer with ice cream before. Good stuff. | |

I'm pretty sure I'm much more of a beer-drinker than any of these posers, and I approve of the salt in the beer. That has to be one of the most ignorant statements ever made. It's hard for me to find a picture where I don't have a beer in my hand. I went to Beer School. I have the diploma. -HECK! | |

| And salt on beer is for the lame. Although I've never tried it I'm pretty confident in my assumption. It's like adding ketchup to eggs, totally useless. -HECK! | |

| You mean hold in the pee or hold the beer down? If we're just talking drinking beer until passing out, well depending on what kind of beer, I've tore up cases. Actually I am having a party at my house a week from this Saturday. Me and my roommate are getting a keg. I will have pictures and hopefully video of the hilarity. -HECK! | |
