I rented a movie the other day. It sucked so bad I can't remember what the name of it is.

I would say Lost In Translation was one of the worst movies, but I know HECK and Illuminate both like it... I guess I missed something in it.

Anyone seen Dogville with Nicole Kidman? Absolutely awful. The story was good, I'll give it that, but it dragged on for more than 3 hours, and the whole direction of the movie was beyond terrible.

I remember my worst movie, now.

It's called "Gayni**ers from Outter Space" or something like that. I heard it was bad, so I downloaded it and sure enough: it was just horrible!

Which reminds me, did anyone mention Plan 9 From Outter Space?

yeah it's on up that as just really bad. not the worst ever but not something i would recommend

Now, that was a boring ass, dumb, movie.
My brother absolutely loves it. So, when I was out in Colorado, in 2006, we rented it. It's on for like 15 minutes, and I'm looking at my sister-in-law, and we're both like... "This sucks!" But, Rob says that it's good. So, we sit there another 15 or so minutes, and then get up! It was that bad.

There was some movie, years back (like 15 +) about kids in high school, and smoking pot. My girlfriend, at the time, and I, go to see it. We didn't last 30 minutes. We walked out of the theatre, asked for our money back, and left. HORRIBLE!!!

I don't know if it was called, "Half Baked" or something like that. I hated it. Then again, I'm not into drug movies, like that. It serves no purpose, to me.

I just looked up Half Baked. That wasn't the movie.
It was a bunch of kids, going to school, and getting high.
And, Half Baked was put out less than 10 years ago!!!

I think that the movie poster had a big yellow smilie face on it, with a bullet hole to the head. I'm not sure if that's right... but, it's what is popping into my brain right now.

Are you talking about Dazed & Confused? If so... I have to leave this thread and never come back. That is one of my most favorite movies ever, ever. Came out in 1993. I seem to remember a smiley face, no bullet hole though. It had Matthew McConaughey, Milla Jovovich, Ben Affleck and Joey Lauren Adams in supporting roles. The main characters were kind of people you never heard of.

Half Baked was cool too.

Heck, ya know that I love you... but I DONT like movies that are all about people, esp kids, doing drugs. Sorry... it's not my thing.

Shannon hates movies that are shooting, guns, etc... and pirate movies. A lot of them, I like... but I don't make her watch them.

I watched Dazed and Confused when I was like 15 or 16. I remember thinking it was kind of boring and not liking it very much, but I don't remember why.

Everyone else says it's a classic, so maybe I'll have to rent it again and make sure I'm actually paying attention to the movie this time.
