| Under preferences, what should I put for EST (NYC, Canada). I don't know about the GMT stuff. When I look at the post times for the members it seems "off". Pls help me Admin. Thanks | |

| I'm no admin, but I act like one from time to time. I had the same problem, and I wound up just doing the math. It said it was 4am and it was really 7 pm. I wound up putting in minus 6 hours gmt, and that fixed it. Just choose the minus 6 and see how your time comes out, then adjust from there. | |

| I set it to +8, which is Taiwan's time... I just don't know what time zone the rest of ya'll are in. | |

| I'm at minus 6, so California people are either minus 4 or minus 8. I don't know if GMT is too the right or left of my time zone. | |

| Cali peeps are -8 I tried -7 and that was the time, here, in Colorado. But, I live in San Diego. So, I changed it to -8 and it was right. | |
