The Hills Have Eyes 1 and 2

I just watched both of these movies over the weekend. If you've seen the original Hills Have Eyes and thought it was crap, or too horrific, you probably don't want to see the new one. I actually enjoyed it a lot, though. It was pretty gory, but the story was gripping and it had you questioning what you would do if you were in the same situation. Detached ending, but I guess I expected as much.


The second movie is another story. Plainly put, it was a piece of crap. It had its moments, of course, but all-in-all it was just tedious.

I really enjoyed both of these, i thought they were both good!

I guess if you're just looking for some horror, then the second movie's fine. I just wasn't as "edge of my seat" as I was in the first one, you know?

I need to refresh myself on the originals, though.

yeh the 1st was probably more intense.....i havent seen the original yet - would like to watch it though.
