Lost, Season 3, Ep 22: Through the Looking Glass (5/23/07)

They aren't releasing season three, on dvd, until December? Dang.

I think if they were going to play season 4 earlier, they would release it earlier... but there seems to be a HUGE wait for the next season. 7 months or so.

Yeah... they shortened the rest of the seasons, and aren't starting them until Jan. They will run Jan - May, without breaks, or reruns. Still, that's a long f'n time to wait. I'm worried that Lost is going to lose a lot of fans.

I think they already did.

Actually, no, I guess I was never a fan. I just waited it out for a little over a season. Never really did get it.

I read an article at the doctors office that said all the shows are losing viewers. Heroes, Lost, Jericho, because of the long long hiatis times. Some mid season, some between seasons. People lose intrest, and don't even know the show is coming back on.

I have that problem, actually. When there's a big gap, I just never remember to go back and check if it's going to be on. Eventually I catch up, but if I was watching shows on TV, it'd piss me off.

Fox have the right idea with 24's uninterupted seasons. I mean, I didn't like the ending of this season, but I'll still be willing to watch it next year.

I guess Lost are taking a hint too, by playing a single season uninterupted. Good move.
