| Here's an article. And some photos. This is so brilliant, I totally want one. Give it a few years, and I'd hope a good portion of the population will use these... I'd hate for them to be held back by the vast right wing conspiracy (that's right, I said it ) | |

| Very interesting. I wonder what it would take to see this become mass produced, and tons of people purchasing one... or more. I wonder what kind of speed we're talking, when driving on freeways though. If it is slow, there are many that would pass on it, as everyone seems to be in a rush to get somewhere five minutes ago. Still, it's great to see something created to help our enviornment, and hopefully moving toward making a change in our world, and possibly, global warming. | |

| Okay, thanks Dekka. I completely missed that speed. And dang, for that price, I would too. And, it would be friendly toward our enviornment, and that's what I would like. | |

| Why do environment-friendly cars have to look so fugly? they always look like circus clown cars! Why can't they be sleek looking and still be good for the environment? who cares how fast it goes, 68 mph isn't bad. But if it's cheap to keep up, i'd drive it. | |

| Hey, they don't look TOO bad. But, you're right. Why can't they look more like the MINI Cooper? | |

| Give them time, I say. I think car manufacturers will be jumping on top of this technology before too long. Like I said, that's only if there isn't some way the oil companies can work out to stop if being further developed. You know the government's not going to give it a fair shot because of the income they'll end up missin' out on... with all honesty, this should've been developed and put on every car long ago. | |

| Have any of you seen, "An Inconvenient Truth?" The documentary movie that Al Gore did? Well, in it, he discusses fuel efficient cars, and how Asian countries use them, but the US seems to not want them here. The American car makers don't put them out. They try to block having them here in America. It's really sad. Especially my state: California. I don't know why people can't see what we're really doing to the earth, and be willing to not only work toward making it a better, safer place... but save themselves a lot of money. | |

| It's all about the money, Kris. And it's not so much the auto makers, it's Big Oil that doesn't want these cars here. All you have to do is look at Dubya and see where he and all his buddies made their money. Short of Ralph Nader getting elected you won't see any move to incorporate these cars on a grand scale for decades, if ever. Remember, like Dubbs said, "we're addicted to oil." -HECK! | |

| No, the oil people, who are fattening their wallets off of us are addicted to oil. But, I totally get what you're saying. They want to keep making money, and stand to lose a lot if these type of cars were here. It just makes me sick... because we are destroying our world, slowly. And someday... not while we're alive... earth is going to be a very sucky place to live. WHY? Because WE are bringing it to it's ruin. | |

| What I don't get is why the oil companies aren't spear-heading the change. If they did, we'd all be driving environmentally friendly cars, and they still be making lots of money. It'd be a win-win situation. I guess they are just stewpit. Or maybe Satan-worshippers. | |
