| That's a little more north than what I had thought it was. I was thinking around the Pasadena area. I thought it was a 15 mintue trip north, that looks like about an 45 minute to an hour trip.
Maybe they did take a long time to get up there, I don't recall how long it took the team to drive up to where the nuke went off. | |

| We spent a week in Ventura back in 99, really enjoyed that whole Southern California area. I would live there in a heartbeat if I was a rich feller.

| It's not that expensive, depending on where you go. Plus the market is kind of going down right now so prices will be dropping soon.
My folks bought their current house about 6 years ago. It's easily worth double now. Crazy.
