Well I think Dark Pheonix, Mystique, Harley Quinn, Lady DeathStrike and Poison Ivy should be moved up but thats because I am baised toward seductive evil women...

Interesting list.

Mixing DC and Marvel is tough.

I would say Luthor, Joker, Doom, Osbourne, and Magneto are easily top 4. Would be fine with either Luthor or Joker as top overall.

Would think Carnage would be higher, even if he was just a Venom rip.

Speaking of Venom, he quickly became the shit during his day.

I'm not sure I actually agree with Magneto being top villian. I've always seen him as more of an anti-hero. After all he does have near messiah status amungst a large contingent of Mutants and is views by many as their great champion, just so happens that his purposed sometime clash with the heros of the Marvel world.

He's also not always been the villian and had shown honorable intentions in the past, though never the same as Xaviers (even though he was once the head of the X-Men).

Honestly, I think Magneto is the best comic book character ever created and I think he possesses a far greater depth of character than most of the other "villians" but the fact that he's more than a two or three dimentional villian and possesses a honorable and righteous side does, I think, rule him out as the greatest ever villian.

With the movies only, Mags is the top.

For me? Top villian?
