There's absolutely nothing that'll keep me from seeing this movie. Nothing, I says!

Sweeney Todd = Good
Johnny Depp = Good
Tim Burton = Usually Good

Gonna be freakin' awesome.

Dunno, it's based on a musical. I f'n hate musicals. Is it a musical?

I said musical a lot.

The one thing that makes me want to see it is a tight buddy of mine is so against it, and we're so polar opposite on movies. He likes Stealth and Sahara. I mean, seriously.

Still, there's like one of those deals where it weighs one side and the other. I have R-rated violence vs. musical. I have to say, musical drops that right to the ground. That is bad. Very bad.

Sweeney Todd songs are pretty good.

Still, I just hate musicals.

Funny, as I type this sentence a Sweeny Todd commercial was on.

Regardless, I just hate musicals. I don't know why or care to figure out why.

There's just something about spontaneously bursting into song - where normal people just say what they're thinking - that I found awesome.

I like musicals and Johnney Depp so this is a winner for me! Don't think it'll beat my love for Phantom of the Opera though...lol. And Grant I know what you mean about the whole bursting out into song..... I wish I could do that in real life.

I like Jonny Depp. I think Tim Burton is in love with him, the've done a ton of movies together.

Then Burton throws his lady in the flick, Helena Bonham Carter. And does she look the same in this as she did in the Harry Potter movie? She's about as dynamic looking from film to film as Robin Williams or Robert De Niro.

But I just can't pull the trigger on a musical. I just dislike them, completely. I just cuss inward during the musical scenes and wait for them to end.

That is a lot of movies to star just one man.

But I reckon Johnny Depp is brilliant. If I was a director, my movies would just be him and Brad Pitt making out on camera for an hour and a half.

Not that I'm into that kind of thing, but it'd make me a fortune.
