Subject: New Staff Proposal Fri Nov 23, 2007 8:45 am
I'm trying to fix the situation at my work and get myself an assistant, so I'm trying to write up a proposal showing the pros of getting a new person. Has anyone had any experience in this kind of thing and can give me some ideas. I've talked about increasing productivity, saving costs in other areas, but it doesn't have any oomph. Any thoughts?
