11x09 - "More Crap"

Latest episode of South Park that reinforces everybody's view that this is just a shit/fart joke show. Didn't make me laugh, except for a couple of occassions. When Randy took that enormous crap, that was pretty funny, as was when they grabbed the Emmy from the screen and gave it to him. Other than that, this episode didn't do much for me. The idea of Bono being a piece of shit is just lame. I've got no love for Bono, really, but the joke was dumb.

Agreed. I chuckled a bit, but it was mostly just okay.

The giant turd at the end was funny. Bono nursing off that guy was comedy.

Hopefully they step it up next week.

And I'm a big fan of Randy, I think the stories they have him in are great. But if you're not going to have one second of Cartman then Randy's story better he damned good.

This is the Cartman show. There are plenty of other great characters, but that little fat racist is the straw that stirs the South Park drink.

This is probably a low point over the last couple of seasons, but I imagine they're gonna give us something better soon. Not much going on in the news that they can take advantage of and make an episode on... So they fall back on what they know. Crap.

I missed the episode, but I got tired of all the crap jokes. Seriously, aren't Trey and Matt a bit old to be still obsessed with poo?

You would think so, wouldn't you? I don't think they realize who their audience is now. Like when it first started, I was probably 16 or 17 or so, and found all the immature jokes funny... but the show grew and got funnier and funnier. Seemed to have regressed a tad in that one episode.
