Brilliantly punned, my friend. Brilliantly punned.
Tell me about the teams and I'll try my best to get interested.
I only wish I could take credit for that whitty gem.
Alright, I'll break down the teams for you... in a nutshell:
NFC West
Rams: Once dubbed the "Greatest Show On Turf", now getting the run game back into the mix. Shitty defense.
49'ers: Young quarterback, running back coming off a great year, suspect defense, marginal team.
Seahawks: Reigning division champs, few years off a Super Bowl apperance. This team is solid in a weak devision. Better at home.
Cardinals: One of the oldest franchises in the NFL and has yet to do shit. They are getting better. Great young QB, two stud WR's.
NFC South:
Falcons: Not shit without Vick, not that they were that great to begin with.
Bucs: Team is a mess. Rebuilding effort for sure.
Panthers: Always scratching on the playoff door. WR Steve Smith is one of the best.
Saints: Cinderalla story last year. Brees looked bad in the opener but had a league leading season. Reggie Bush will be the man soon.
NFC North:
Packers: Please retire Brett Favre, before you break a hip.
Bears: Super Bowl apperance last year, got pasted by the Colts. Great defense, Rex Grossman at QB is terrible.
Lions: Building a solid team but not there yet. O-coordinator Mike Martz can make this team look better than they are.
Vikings: Young QB out of nowhere. Running game is muddled but effective. Still not back to where they were a few years ago.
NFC East:
Eagles: McNabb is still turning heads and making believers out of cheeseteak eaters. RB Westbrook is solid. Could win that division.
Cowboys: Fuck Tony Romo up his dumb ass. Dude cost me my fantasy football league. He's not too bad overall, to be honest. Having T.O. to chuck it to makes him better.
Giants: Eli Manning has yet to prove himself. Suspect offense and an aging defense means he'll be trying to prove himself again next year, probably with a new coach.
Redskins: Coach Joe Gibbs couldn't just stay retired. The team has flashes of greatness but they're all over the board. Not going to be the team.
AFC West
Raiders: They sucked eggs like never before last year. Don't expect them to be much better this year. Several years off.
Chargers: Got their pants pulled down and their bare asses spanked in the playoffs last year for a horrible upset. Still have one of the best players in the league at RB Tomlinson. I like their chances to win the division.
Broncos: Still a great running offense. QB Jay Cutler is new, not sure if he can carry this team.
Chiefs: Bad QB situation with a upper level RB. Defense still sucks. More pieces to this puzzle need to come together.
AFC East
Patriots: Douchebag cheating whores.
Dolphins: Ugly. Just piles of ugly. QB Trent Green might as well just hike the ball and fall down.
Jets: Still with QB Pennington? Man. Divorce him, now, it will be better for the kids.
Bills: I think that when your QB's last name is Lossman, that speakins volumes.
AFC North
Browns: QB Quinn will be the guy. Until then, the Browns will be shit.
Steelers: If Big Ben is indeed bounced back this team could run away with the division.
Bengals: As good as they are I always expect them to be better. Carson Palmer is a stud. If they don't do it soon, they never will.
Ravens: Pathetic offense, solid defense. They won a Super Bowl years back with a similar dynamic. Won't happen again.
AFC South:
Colts: Your reigning Super Bowl Champs. They will defend their title.
Titans: Overrated QB, solid running attack, will miss the playoffs.
Jaguars: Team is night and day, you never know who is showing up on the field. What I do know is they won't be showing up in the playoffs.
Texans: The worst suckiest sucks that have ever sucked.
And now you are caught up on the NFL.
