Last chance guesses at who will die in the final book

We have just a few days until the book comes out, and I think a thread is in order for us to give our final predictions on who will die in the last book.

My predictions:

Voldie along with his snake Nagini will bite the dust
Hagrid- the guy is too big and too close to Harry not to die, plus having your wand fragments in your umbrella is not a great defense system :grumpy:
Neville- I was thinking Hermione because she is a mud-blood, but I think that Neville will die avenging his parents. :console:

O.K. I stated my piece. I'll be offline on Saturday reading ALL day too.

I think it will be Voldemort, Hagrid and Hermoine. Or that Ron kid. One of Harry's friends will eat it for sure.

Personally I think Harry should go tits up but I doubt he will.

Possibly Hagrid, because I see him so willing to give his life to save Harry's. He loves that kid.

One of the kids... don't know which, but it will be someone that we've come to love over this series. Not necessarily Ron, Hermione, or Harry... could be Neville, Luna, Jenny, etc...

I think that we're going to lose a Weasley as well.

I will be offline all weekend, because it's Pride weekend in San Diego. Mary said that it's either Harry Potter or spending Pride, celebrating, in many different facets. I decided that I better keep my lady happy, or I will be sleeping in our spare bedroom.

Kris, how can you not read it? I hope no one spoils it for you. It's going to be hard because you know it will be all over the news.

I think Dumbledoor dude will die.

Spoiler sites are everywhere. AP had a story talking about the spoilers hitting the net. Hundreds of pages are showing up.

I totally believe everything HECK put in his spoiler thread is gonna happen. Beyond that, no idea.

Because it's Pride weekend, and I would like to not only participate in the celebration of the weekend... but I would like to "get lucky" the entire weekend. I will read HP asap.

How could you think yourself lucky without reading Harry Potter?

Well, however you want to do it. Better not check any boards or watch the TV for a while, though, because you just know everybody's going to be wanting to spoil it on you.

I need to read it as soon as possible, otherwise the news here will ruin it for me. They almost did it last year, and they did do it with Order of the Phoenix.

Yeah, I had the Half-Blood Prince ruined... hearing that Dumbledore is killed.

I won't be watching television all weekend... trust me. And people at work know that they can't talk about it around me. So, it's cool. I figure that if it gets ruined, by finding something huge out... well, I will be bummed, but it's worth it, because I really want to have this weekend with Mary.

Dammit, I didn't know that guy died. I was going to see that movie tonight.

I read the spoiler thread, and I don't find it very convincing. The setting for the ending seemd completely lame, that's all I'll say so I don't spoil a spoiler for anyone. If it is right, then fine. I'm just really excited to get the last book. It's sad that there will never be another Harry Potter book. There is nothing to fill the void.

I'm still hoping Larry bites it at the end.

Are we talking about the same thread? The one I checked had no mention of the setting. Truth be told, though, it could be complete bollocks, I'm just not up to making speculation so I just used my acceptance of that to cover my laziness.

Oh, well I saw it online yesterday, and I'm not convinced that the person ever saw the book. It just does not make sense to me, but you never know.

A lot of BS out there, but a lot of people have read it already. There is actually a law suit that will be filed against one company soon since 1,200 Harry Potter books have already arrived at their customer's stoops (I think that's today, they arrived).

I heard that on the news. Some website shipped a grip of them out. Then people started turning around and selling those on ebay. It's like shit man, wait a few days. Not like you're going to read it all before it comes out, unless you're a crackhead.

Yeah, that's pretty dumb, taking a photo of each page. Apparently he didn't take his camera ID number off the photos, though, so they can track him if he's registered the camera with canon.

300 bucks for a Harry Potter book yesterday, and it'd be shipped to you today (if you want it early THAT much).

The company that shipped the books early is deep discount. I ordered some shit off them before, they're pretty good. Hope this won't put them out of business, but I bet it could very well do.

:rant: I read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in 5 1/2 hours on a Saturday and that was with my lunch break.

My book will be in hand by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. I will begin reading it then, and I'm skipping the union picnic to read it too.

5 1/2 hours for how many pages? 700+? Man, that's some reading. Granted, Rowling's prowse isn't exactly the toughest in the world, but that's pretty quick.
