I was on the cops side when I read the article, then I was on the victims side after watching the video.

That dude didn't do anything to deserve being shot. How do you get told you get capped if you don't keep your hands in the air, then you get told to crawl on the floor.

That whole deal was way way overboard. That cop should have went to jail.
