Bah, the image won't show up. It was a scanned page of the magazine. Here's the sonnet:
Oh how I wish to buy new comic books!
With the great adventure, a cunning plot,
Grizzled heroes and villains with good looks.
A larger collection is greatly sought.
Comic Book Guy knows me by sight with ease.
I come by frequently to look and drool.
He offers my favorites, trying to please,
From my stash at the shop -- how freaking cool.
But to get the comics takes all my money,
For three dollars per book is far too steep.
"How 'bout we barter?" He thinks me funny.
But... The new Fables in my hands... MUST. KEEP.
Oh FINE! ALRIGHT! I hand over the dough.
Now I cannot afford my dinner, though.
